Project Policies
Before We Begin
Booking
A 50% deposit is required before design work begins unless otherwise stated in a written quote.
Before Production
Full payment for printed materials is required before print orders are placed.
Revisions
Additional revisions, redesigns, alternate layouts, or major changes may incur additional fees.
Printing
Printing costs are separate from design services unless specifically included in a package.
Shipping
Final shipping or delivery fees may be included in the quote or billed separately.
Rush Work
Rush projects may be available for an additional fee depending on schedule and vendor availability.
Final Files
Clients receive final approved files. Editable working files are not included unless requested and quoted separately.
Portfolio Use
Completed work may be photographed, shared, or displayed unless privacy is requested before the project begins.
Special Projects
