CREATIVE SERVICES
LET'S MAKE SOMETHING.
Branding, websites, illustration, story support, and creative projects that need a little more imagination.
Purple Inkwell Studios works with small businesses, artists, writers, educators, community groups, and creative people who need help turning an idea into something they can actually use.
Sometimes that's a logo. Sometimes it's a website. Sometimes it's an illustration, a book project, a visual world, or something unusual enough that it doesn't fit neatly into a standard package.
The goal is always the same: make it clear, thoughtful, useful, and unmistakably yours.

HOW IT WORKS
FROM IDEA TO FINISHED.
I try to keep the process straightforward. You should always know what we're making, what it costs, and what happens next.Tell Me About It
Send a message describing what you need, your timeline, and any images, links, notes, references, or existing materials that might help.
We Shape the Project
We'll clarify the service, scope, creative direction, budget, timeline, and what you actually need before the project begins.
Quote & Deposit
You'll receive a project quote. A 50% deposit is required before design, website, or illustration work begins.
Create & Deliver
The project moves through the agreed creative process, revisions are completed, and final materials are delivered according to the project scope.
PROJECT TIMING
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Every project is different, but these are useful starting points.
Usually 1–3 weeks
Timing depends on complexity, revision rounds, the number of pieces being created, and whether print materials are involved.
Usually 3–6 weeks
Timing depends on page count, features, content readiness, revisions, and how quickly feedback and materials are supplied.
Quoted by project
Illustration timing depends on size, detail, number of figures, backgrounds, usage, and the number of finished pieces requested.
Scheduled individually
Scheduling depends on location, group size, preparation, supply requirements, and the date of the event.
GOOD TO KNOW
BEFORE WE BEGIN.
The practical part.
Final files are delivered after the remaining balance has been paid unless another arrangement is included in the written project quote.
Physical production is separate.
Printing, shipping, merchandise, specialty production, framing, supplies, and outside vendor fees are quoted separately.
Changes are part of the process.
Each project includes the revision rounds listed in the quote. Additional revisions, major changes, or a completely new direction may require an added fee.
If it's unusual, we'll talk about it.
Rush work, large projects, ongoing projects, or work combining several services receives a custom quote based on scope and timeline.
HAVE SOMETHING IN MIND?
YOU DON'T NEED THE PERFECT BRIEF.
Tell me what you're making, what's giving you trouble, and what you'd like it to become.
We can figure out the rest from there.
