The Umbrella Girls series began in 2009 as some of my earliest narrative works — intimate studies of resilience, whimsy, solitude, and transformation. Years later, I revisited the collection, carefully refining and curating the pieces that continued to resonate most strongly.
Each print captures a suspended moment — a girl defying gravity, standing in rain, listening to water, guarded by foxes, cradled by clockwork nests, or walking beneath a golden storm.
Together, they form a quiet world where strength often looks soft, and storms are not always something to escape.
