The Wheel of Balance is not about doing everything, every day, perfectly. It is about noticing the whole self. Each day, choose one small action from each color area. When you tend to that area, fill in a circle. Over time, your month becomes a visual map of what received care, what was forgotten, and what is ready to be restored.
